Gloriana joined the firm in 2013 as part of the Customs Trade and Transportation team. She has being specialized on special tax regimes, working with national and international companies in the process of setting up operations under a special the Free Trade Zone Regime in Costa Rica and providing legal advice to companies already subjected to a special regime.
Her practice also focuses on consumer law, she has participated in administrative proceedings, before the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce representing domestic and multinational companies.
Gloriana also manages corporate matters of multinational companies and provides legal advice on representation of foreign companies. On 2017 she started working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Gloriana is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team, and she has lead several CSR projects.
