The National Risk Management System (SINAGER) in relation to the National Sanitary Emergency decreed in Honduras has informed the following measures:
- It was determined to continue with Phase I of the Intelligent Opening Process throughout the Honduran territory, from Sunday, June 28 at 9:00 p.m. until Sunday, July 12 at 11:00 p.m. with the exception of the Central District and San Pedro Sula, which remain in Phase 0; authorizing only opening to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cooperatives, the financial system in general, piloting restaurants, authorized markets and the maquila sector, who will serve their clients according to the national circulation calendar according to the last digit of their id, passport, or resident card.
- Due to the high rates of contagion, it was determined to restrict the movement of vehicles according to the termination of their last odd or even license plate number, applicable to the municipalities of region number 3, this measure includes people who have requested a safe-conduct to work. In the rest of the country, circulation is normal.
- At a national level, the exception to this measure applies to the personnel that make up SINAGER, among them health, cargo transportation, fuel, agricultural products, perishable food, transportation of public and private hospitals, medical products, security transportation, water distributors, garbage truck, and contracted bus transportation.
- The only authorized safe-conducts are those issued by the Exceptions Committee and the National Police, which are still in force.
